Delivery Coverage
Alburooq Smart Solutions delivers products to customers across the UAE. Standard delivery zones:
- Abu Dhabi Emirate — Free delivery (Abu Dhabi City, Mussafah, Khalifa City, MBZ City, Yas Island, Al Raha, Saadiyat Island, Al Ain and surrounding areas)
- Dubai & Northern Emirates — Delivery available, shipping fee applies. Contact us for a quote before ordering.

Product Condition
All products supplied by Alburooq Smart Solutions are new, genuine and unused unless otherwise stated. Products come with manufacturer packaging and documentation.
Installation
Professional installation is available as a separate service for most products. Installation is carried out by our licensed engineers and covers Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas. Installation fees and coverage are listed on each product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +971 54 438 9066 with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
